Waffle Flower Pastel Rainbow in a Cup!

I'm normally not a rainbow and Unicorn kind of girl, but let me tell you... I just can't stop playing with this sweet wonky Rustic Rainbow from Waffle Flower!  Good thing they keep having Challenges to use them again, and again!  Thanks, ladies, for Week 3's inspiration!

Using blending brushes to color my rainbow arches helps to keep the colors more pastel...

My husband thinks my card is magical ... hope Waffle Flower does, too!

JJ's Oversized Rainbow combo completes my rainbow cards so perfectly!

a bit of me inside:  I have a latte to share with you - let's have a cuppa soon!

Even if my day doesn't begin with a rainbow, it always seems brighter after my first cuppa!!   My big mug was created with WF's Nested Domes dies - those steamy clouds [attached to heavy acetate] are the perfect counter balance to keep my cup upright!

Hope your day is magical!

  9. It took me a while but your rainbow handled cup is so clever, Michele. You did get soft blend with the brushes. I think I need practice because mine come out too dark.

  10. You are way to clever of a lady Michele! I love this rainbow coffee cup! It's genius, it's fun, it's clever and of course only you would think to do this. I love the rainbow handle, so stinking cute, but then there are the clouds steam-omgosh that is just perfect! Love the sentiment too. Can't you just transplant part of your brain into mine-a few cells maybe? lol Hugs, Brenda

  12. I know I've said this before but it bears repeating...YOU"RE A FREAKIN' GENIUS. This one just laid me out on the floor, totally gob-smacked me and, once I got up, just made me shake my head. Such a creative mind to go with that sweet disposition. Truly love this card.

  13. When I first saw this I thought what an unusual and clever card love the clouds on acetate and the pastel colours, then I read more and realised it is a cup! I know, I can be a bit slow sometimes but now I have twigged, I absolutely love it, so clever. Is that a Catherine Pooler ink that you have stamped the sentiment with? Keep up the good work and have a great weekend xx
