Isn't it the nicest thing that Spellbinders asked me to play with a few of their wonderful new products from their Floral Reflection Collection and tell you about them on my birthday?? ha! They hadn't a clue, believe me! But it's very nice to be asked just the same!
Yana reached out with a few products for me to choose from - you won't be one bit surprised which I chose. Let's take a look...
It has been some time since we've attended any festivities to speak of. Our first wedding in a very long time was the perfect time to make a card.
I foiled a panel of cardstock with the same Glimmer foil [one from their Satin Metallics Variety pack] so I could use it to cut the Wildflowers. The sentiment is part of the Just for You set. I love the texture this Tile Reflection embossing gives - bonus: it's one of those 8 1/2-inch folders! Cutting the oval first keeps those layers manageable!
Here's an even MORE neutral card -
Completely stunning as always! Jo x
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BIRTHDAY! Will send you something sweet by email! (BTW...love the Reflection EF...the card is gorgeous!)

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you! Enjoy your day!
And happy birthday too! Jo x
ReplyDeleteA very Happy Birthday to you. I hope it has proved to be a day full of joy and love. I have seen someone else showcase this new release today and I had to put the sweet little flower embossing folder on my wishlist immediately. The release hasn't hit the shelves in the UK yet, but maybe I can put it on my Christmas list. Your cards, as ever, are just amazing, I love them both. Did you cut the oval out of your panel before you embossed it? I love the way it is not sitting on top of the embossing. Yes, of course you must have. Anyway it looks amazing, they are both very special and how special to be asked to play with them xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards, birthday girl!!
ReplyDeleteWell, happy birthday to you! I hope you have a day-long treat and the celebration goes on and on all month. Wowie, two fabulously impactful cards to showcase these products. The embossing folder is magnificent. I have to say that's a very pretty wedding invitation I see in your second photo, too. I have a new email from Yana that I haven't looked at yet. It's on my to-do list this morning.
