It's not often I jump right in to play at challenges these days, but this one at Fusion today immediately gave me all the feels today!
You might know I couldn't resist those butterflies, right? Here are the inks I've used today, along with a 'banner' made from a dome die from Waffle Flower! I couldn't bear to clip a bit of that knitted embossing for a fish tail - sorry!
My friend Marcia allowed me to borrow her Pinkfresh Jumbo Butterflies home with me for a bit - thanks, sweet friend! this sentiment is from Altenew's Paint-a-Flower Tulips set! and my embossing folder is a Richard Garay that normally is used in the Winter - the string art in the Fusion photo brought it out of hybernation!
All I did was swipe the inks across the raised bits!
Just three little PF gems, and it was a done deal!
Hope you've had a great week! I'll see you again tomorrow!

p.s THANK YOU, FUSION!!

ReplyDeleteOh so pretty. Love the big butterfly and the trail of gems.
ReplyDeleteI knew you would use a butterfly or butterflies! lol I love the embossing folder and the way you used it, it doesn't look wintery at all. It gives wonderful texture though! But it is that butterfly and the way you have colored it...it is stunning! I also love your color combo like in the inspiration photo! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely stunning Michele - bravo! The butterfly stands out beautifully against the embossing, even though they are in the same colours. Love it!
