I seldom combine challenges, but these two: CAS Christmas February 2021, and Christmas Kickstart #47 are so easily combined, I simply had to!
CAS Christmas is asking for Cats or Dogs, and Christmas Kickstart a slimline design - here's how I put them together using those sweet mittened-kittens from Colorado Craft Company's Kittens and Mittens! and their coordinating dies. Let's start with a closeup...
You can't imagine how much I wanted to add ruffled borders, and more - but this card is being sent to a good friend who had a terrible diving accident last Summer. He will appreciate it just the way it is.... though he may be more partial to dogs! oops!

ReplyDeleteOh my...such adorable perfectly colored kittens and their mittens. Reminds me of the classic children's book...my copy was "dog"-eared, I read it so many times as a kid. And the texture you've added to the background panel is awesome. Such a sweet, happy card. Makes me smile just looking at it.
