My Pinkfresh Studio stash is still on my desk! Naturally I'd put them to use! The Christmas Kickstart challenge is looking for Christmas treats ...
I must admit this wee little teacup would be filled with my favorite eggnog - a recipe shared years and years ago by a wonderful friend that uses rum and coconut!
An older PF set from their December Days design
These little Christmas tweeties are also heading over to CAS Christmas!
The Color Hues team is asking for Gold and Cream - a personal favorite combination for Christmas cards. Isn't this water color paper the perfect dreamy cream color?
The coordinating die was used to 'deboss' instead of cut.
Okay, my last card is heading over to Pinkfresh Studios WCMD challenge - specifically to Challege #6: No stamping! I just love this Fancy Floral 1, and the layered look of their Classic Holiday Words - even the enamel dots are from PFS!
That's it for me today... I hope you've found a few challenges to participate in! This, and your visits: it's what keeps me smiling...

ReplyDeleteA terrific trio of delight, Michele. That first card is just so sweet and so YOU (or you and Tom, heehee). The second card is simply elegant and the third card is very joyful and vibrant. Each is beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWOW...you're getting your Christmas cards done in a snap here my friend!! And I love them all!! Your sweet little birdies sharing a cup of eggnog (mine would have to be filled with hot cocoa!) is perfect for both challenges, and your gold and cream Christmas tree with all the critters is so cute and yet absolutely elegant! Your last card with the no stamping couldn't be any prettier Michele with the traditional red & green...everything on it looks so crisp and clean and totally pops! Love it!! AWESOME cards my friend!! :0)
ReplyDeleteSweet little birds ready for a dip in the egg nog! Love the way you've framed them! That Nordic inspired Christmas tree is going on my wish list! It's gorgeous all embossed in gold with the die embossed tree! The cover plate die works for any season and the die cut sentiment and red dots are a perfect fit! I'm glad you're smiling, my friend!
ReplyDeleteThis little bird card is adorable Michele!! I love the pop of red you used to color your birdies and tea cup. I don't make my own eggnog, but I do use coconut rum in it along with cinnamon. I love that you are still embossing with dies Michele, that tree in gold and cream is just gorgeous! You pulled off the no stamping challenge perfectly with the last card Michele! I love it! That is a cool background die and I love the sentiment die. The little pop of red is just perfect with those enamel dots! You checked off a lot of challenges with these cards my friend! Hugs, Brenda
