CAS[E] this Sketch #390

One of the ways I like to play with our CTS Sketches is to give it a turn ... that's what I've done today with CTS#390:

Does anyone remember this little edger?

I love it for vellum!

I needed two of these Pinkfresh Studio's Lush Greenery - greenery that I left perfectly uncolored except for a bit of gold here and there - and I think they stacked up beautifully!

Now.  How will YOU use Sketch #390?  as is?  or given a flip?  Anyway you do, we can't wait to see your work!

  6. Great idea to flip the sketch...especially for these pretty blooms, Michele! I love your selective coloring and how you used the edger for the vellum panel, too! I think I have something like that tucked away somewhere...clever idea :) Barb xx

  8. I remember edgers like that, but don't think I own one. Sure makes a lovely edge for the vellum. The card is simply gorgeous. Thank you for sharing. Hugs!

  14. That edger is obviously before my time because I have never seen it before, but I love it, what a perfect way to tear vellum. Love the black, white and gold with the embossed shadow, a great card xx

  15. This is a beautiful card Michele! I love the leaves stamp you used, so gorgeous on it's own, I also love it uncolored except for a little gold. Great take on the sketch as usual! And you even have embossed your die around those leaves! Oh yes, I remember the tools that made the "torn" edges on paper, they are perfect for vellum. I love how your vellum looks and i love the word fabulous embossed on there. Just a beautiful card! Hugs, Brenda

  17. I love how you flipped the sketch Michele and what a stunner of a card x.The pop of gold looks so pretty and I like how you've left most of the greenery un-coloured x.
