Twofer [super] Stars #13

I was reminded of this oldie-but-goodie MFT set the other day.  There was one little stamp in the set that works perfectly to use as the star of my duo for Twofer Stars challenge #13!  See if you agree...

I used a three-dip process with clear embossing powder for her shield on this 'get well' card!

My friend Bobby told me about
Ultra Embossing powder, which I used for my
Badge of Honor for this Thank you version:

So, there you have it!  I hope you're looking forward to having a little fun this weekend … maybe you'll find a star or two in your own craft room!

Thanks for stopping by!

Very cool dottiness around the big star, too. The thank you card is lovely sweet CAS treat. I'll have to learn all about that ultra ep, and Bobby's and your technique with it. 7. Oh, gosh, these are perfect! Your super hero is super cute with her star and splatter background, and the shield as repeat stamping for the background on your thank you card is a great idea. Clean and simple, but very interesting! Love that glossy embossing. Glad you had the ideal stamp for this month's Twofer, Michele!

Lots and lots of smashing details on your get well card which is very thoughtful as the recipient will be fondling and eyeing each element for quite a while, creating a great distraction from whatever ails!
