I made three cards for you today... sometimes I have a try, try again day in my craft studio … this was one of those! I ended up being pretty pleased with each try! Let's start with the card that brought you by today...

ReplyDeleteYou're taking that leaf canopy die out for a real work out and it looks like your mojo has gone into overdrive. (You remember overdrive, don't you?) Anyway each one of these cards is really a work of art and your coloring is to die for.

Ha ha ha ha! I didn't even have inspiration, I just started throwing down shapes. However, I have to say it inspired some gorgeous cards. I love all of yours! That gray though....WOW WOW WOW!!!

ReplyDeleteLove the gray pencil colored flowers and leaves. The beautiful subtle shades of gray are like "sumie (Asian black ink painting)".
The color combos of the gingham background cards are pretty! Who would think of using sentiments for the squares in the sketch, and adding a hidden die-cut sentiment? Amazing!

Fabulous take on the clever sketch! The gingham designs are so cozy and you worked such magic with the leaves and sentiments.But my favorite is the monotone using the wonderful grays. What an awesome dreamy design!!
