Dies have always been one of my favorite tools … from word dies, to coordinates to stamp sets - the sky's the limit for adding fun, and dimension to a card front.
Today, I combined the two for the CAS Mix Up Challenge - February 2019! I hope you won't tire of my use of this Leaf Canopy! Today, I've stamped, and water-colored one of those die-cut branches, lifting it up off of my panel with foam squares for added dimension.
You'll also notice a 'new to me' Spellbinder's Hemstitch Die - I may wear out my ancient Cuttlebug using it ... I'll chance it! Popping it up on a gray [vs white] card-base makes it shine even brighter.
Thanks for the visit - it always makes me...

Edited to add such a wonderful surprise... thank you!
The leaf canopy die looks stunning and nope I will never tire of it. Such pretty colours of water colouring and a very striking and beautiful CAS card with wonderful dimension. Love that hemstitch die cut and the grey card base too x. Thank you for adding this eye catching card to The CAS Mix Up challenge Gallery x

ReplyDeleteThat hemstitch is fantastic...I have an oval one and a rectangle on the way from Spellbinders. I cannot wait to play with them. You are also the reason I have those leaves on order. Bad Bad Bad girl....(hmmmm you or me? lol)
ReplyDeleteYOur card is fabulous, and that hemstitch I think makes for a great unisex card panel. Always an inspiration.
Goodness, I think I need a new die! The hemstitch looks awesome and the leaves seem to glow with the bright green!
