a Just for Fun card, turned FMS314
I had just enough time on Sunday to finish a card that has been yearning to be made since I received the most incredibly generous gift from a friend on my birthday ... thanks, Barb, the best thing was opening your wonderful gift while we chatted on the phone!
I've had this gorgeous wood-grain-embossed, and real wood veneer paper on my wish-list for a very long time! add a little left-over Gnome from the other day ... couldn't let him sit in the snippets bowl for another moment!
I think there might have been a little subliminal creating done here... looks suspiciously like this FMS314!! and if you look closely at the acetate from the shaker, you'll see my reflection!
[think they'll notice the missing sentiment? let's give it a try... all my thanks are on the inside!]
=] Michele
other players: Lawn Fawn stitched leave dies; MFT Gnomes; some SU polka dot paper, and bamboo sequins from another friend!

I totally hoard my 'wood veneer' and for the life of me I can't work out why I just don't use it, because you know I could always get some more (wink). LOVE this fab fun design Michele!

This is just as cute and clever as can be, Michele. Your gnome coloring is spot on and the woodgrain paper is scrumptious. I think I have a few sheets here somewhere but haven't been able to find them.
You are so very welcome, Michele! I think your cute little Gnome works perfectly with the white woodgrain background and I love that you created a shaker for him! I also love how you added the leaves and berries...so festive and fun!
