CAS(E) this Sketch #113

N@ Ali has charmed me with her sketch this week.  It just screams Spring to me... and do I ever need it!  Take a peek:


 
Here is my homage to N@ and all those who are lucky enough to still have their moms with them.  I miss mine daily and, even after 19 years still reach for the phone to share a tidbit or two... crazy, right?
 
 
That fabulous Mum is one of the many gorgeous journaling cards included in the March SSS monthly kit, along with the papers used for tags, and base.  Clearly Besotted is the source for a wonderful set, called For Everyone, of family members.

    I feel the same about my Mother. Every day I go to the mail box i think there might be something from her, then I remember. I'll always need her.

    Michele, my heart reaches out to you! Be it 1 day or 19 years, or 50 years it's never 'crazy' to miss your mom. That you want to give her a call, just to chat, is touching; this speaks to how deep an impact she left on you. Sighhh...your card is a gorgeous tribute to your mom; a wonderful connection of 'spirit'...

    Such a soft and sweet card Michelle! And I don't think you're crazy to still miss your mother, mine is 89 and I dread the thought of not having her around one day :( Anyway, on a brighter note, thank you for the inspiration over at CTS! Hazel xx
