Let me just start by saying there WILL be 'second helpings' for Color Hues #95 - another darling PB couple just had to play, too! But today I pulled out an Altenew set that hadn't seen any action for a while. It's a beautiful set, but I questioned whether the simple color combination would work... I do believe it did, by using several 'hues' of each color and stamping the details in grey. See if you agree...
More interest was added by dry embossing the background* with - are you ready for it? - an Altenew POINSETTIA background folder! I think those leaves are a wonderful match!
A beautiful hope-filled sentiment completes my card - from ASD's Spring Garden - and makes it eligible for JUGS #744 Word Week: HOPE!

Michele, The colors you chose are beautiful!!! Cornflower blue is one of my all time faves. And that dry embossing was the perfect texture to go behind the gorgeous florals. Thanks so much for playing along this week at JUGS!!
A beautiful shade of blue and such luscious pinks! Who woulda thought that the poinsettia embossing would be so perfect for these flowers!

The pinks and blues look fabulous together, Michele. The poinsettia in the embossing folder made such a great background.
