It's easy to SEA...

Simon is bound to become a favorite ocean-faring friend!  Thanks, Jane for inviting me to play with him!!

Tom insisted on the little 'gift' from his friend!

The inks I've used for Simon's waves:

While I was at it, I brought out another favorite from Jane's Doodles called St. Nick for my second card for Christmas Kickstart: Santa and friends! It was fun to hang out with my friend Bonnie - she's an incredibly sweet, and talented Elf!

Looks like Rudolph may have had one too many spins
around the rink, Santa! swirls complements of a Cuttlebug embossing folder, and my dad's hammer!

Thanks for stopping in!  Hope your week is filled with happiness!

 Thank you Christmas Kickstart!

  1. Ha ha, I see the little gift now, very clever. Love the colours too. Great Christmas card, making it into an ice rink with the oval is a brilliant idea and it works so well. Love the expressions on their faces too xx

  6. Oh my gosh, I'm sitting here giggling like a fool. Tom is a mischievous guy, for sure. That first card is fantastic. So much fun. So many great details. And then the second card is wonderful for Christmas. Love the detail in the die you chose and the folder. I am always so impressed with your eye for card design, Michele. You always add such fun details.

  8. SMACK! And, once again, I'm down for the count. You're cleverness is just off the chart. LOOOOVE Simon and his little friend. Tom was right about the gift. This whold card makes me smile from ear to ear. As does the shaped Santa card. Don't worry...I don't think Rudolph minds the embossed texture. Just makes him more interesting to the lady reindeer.
