Inspired By #135... fruity sentiments!

YAY!!!  I couldn't wait to play with Inspired By #135... if you know me at all, you know I do love a pun... and don't think you have to use lemons...

and this card gave me the first opportunity to  use
my newest addition to my
VERY large embossing folder collection!
Tasteful Textile from SU... it did a pretty good job
of representing the cotton from those linens, right?

I haven't given the EBE Squeeze the Day stamps, or dies, near enough love - it's so much fun to color … and Julie E. just gets my pun-y side - I could just squeeze her!  I'd love to squeeze all the IB design team members, too … we'll have to be satisfied by a visit... join me?  over at IB#135?  Thanks!

  1. Yay! We were crafting together! Although my day got away from me and I made my card last night! Love how we used the same set and images but our cards are so different!

    Oooohhh...must check out the EF!

  2. So much squeezing, we are all a bit starved of friendship hugs at the moment so virtual ones will have to suffice. You have coloured your lime so well, love that greeny yellow, great embossing folder and oval die. they make the card come together beautifully xx

  4. That embossing folder is ideal...and those juicy limes are just the thing of a salt-rimmed marguerita.

  7. This is just fresh, fun and delightful! And I am happy to see that new embossing folder....I have been on the fence about whether or not I "need" it, it's nice to see the texture it gives. Might have to get it after all! Your limey coloring is spot on, and yes, the sentiment is punny too!

  13. Perfect pun-y sentiment, Michele! I love the oval hemstitch die and the embossing folder! The white panel does look like cloth. SU's subtle dynamic textured impressions and tasteful textile 3D EFs are my recent favorites!
