CAS-ual Friday #205 Stamp a Pattern

I was so very lucky to win big for Michele's birthday … yes, she does spell her name correctly!

Playing with one of my new CAS-ual Fridays goodies for her latest fun challenge #205:

I had no trouble making two cards using their Peaceful Garden stamps, and Fri-dies ... you'll have to go to the gallery to see which I chose to enter - while there, why don't you enter, too?

My stamped pattern was white heat-embossed, and
highlighted with a quick blend of Crushed Olive distress inks.

I'm embracing blue, you'll see.  If you know me at all,
you'll know blue is my color nemesis!  This Blueprint Sketch ink has wormed its way onto my like-list.

Thanks for stopping by!  it always makes me...

  1. I'm not a blue, green or brown fan, however - cardmaking has brought blues and greens on to my like list.

Fabulously bold cards great color. Love the clean white accents.

  2. Wow I just love everyone of these. So colorful and the white in some of these really makes them pop. Nice work. (or maybe play).

  5. Both are stunning cards Michele, but that second one has won me over! I love green-well I love all colors really, but green is high on the list, so the first one is just beautiful to me. But when I laid eyes on the blue and white card, that just sang to me. lol So crisp, so elegant, so pretty! Hugs, Brenda

  6. AWE-some. Wonderful stamping to create the background on your shaped card and the second CAS card is stunning. Now, all I have to do is get this set out and do something with it myself.

Blueprint Sketch is a refreshing color, isn't it? ;-P It's actually my favorite blue among distress ink blues. Hideko xx
