Second Helpings of JOY

As promised, I'm back with another card for Fusion: Joy!  this time with a little whimsy:

The fantastic Nichole Heady of PTI strung little pom-poms for her card, and I thought it was the cutest idea - thanks,  Nichole!  I created a little JOY [Concord & 9th again - this time in plaid - swoon!] for a tiny mantle - and thought it was just about time that one of my favorite wood panels saw some light!

I'm off to play with even more grey for another challenge - these folks are really making me a happy challenge participant!

  8. Both of your "helpings" are carbon copies in that they're both CAS, lovely creations where you can definitely see the influence that the inspiration photo provided you with. The plaid & woodgrain (EF) combo is to die for!

  11. Hey Michele! This is such a striking card!! Love the simplicity of it, but then you realize there's a lot going on with the fluffy pom poms, the woodgrain, the matted panel, just wonderful! Reminds me of home decor, how oversized letters are so popular to put up on a mantle now.
