Altenew Inspiration Challenge - August 2016

August2016_AltenewInspirationChallenge_Therese_2

Between the Olympics, and butterfly watch, I've had my share of 'watching!'  Time today to MAKE something!!!  One last entry for #Altenew and their fabulous Inspiration Challenge.  I couldn't wait to emboss this gorgeous image from the Floral Sprig set that arrived this week!

Before I leave you ... would you have time for another two?

There is a brilliant card maker who I admire immensely that I must give all credit to for my next card...
made this card:

YoonsunHur-20160726-MFT-JuliaBlogHop-001

I did my best to completely CASE it with no shame!!  I do hope she doesn't mind ... it isn't for a challenge.  Well except to myself ... I LOved making it!!!

I used MFT stamps for my version... I could never get such a gorgeous photo, or brilliant colors!

Sorry about this evening post ... I have been a busy girl today!
Thanks so much for stopping by ... it always makes me...

  9. I have time to look at dozens of cards you create, Michele! They're always SO inspirational and beautiful. These 2 are no exception.
The Floral Sprig card is not only amazingly watercoloured, but the shading is superb and the sentiment so encouraging.
I also love and follow Yoonsun and am always amazed at her talent. It is always so daunting trying to CASE someone with her skills, but you took on the challenge and ACED it!

  24. Both of these cards are simply amazing, Michele, and I'm now "yearning" for that Altenew set (never saw it before). However. Your watercoloured number is jawdropping! Yes, it's a CASE of Yoonsun's beauty, but it's completely unique and very you. Love it.
