Marika Rahtu - Muse: ChristmasVisions 12

Only for Marika would I dare show my [lack of] water-coloring skills!!  But I simply had to play along - and practice makes perfect, right?  Lots more practice to come, rest assured!

Since Marika sent us all those darling gifts, I felt a thank you card was in order!

Using two of my favorite Purple Onion stamps, and a Winnie & Walter pressie, and with distress inks on my palette, for Marika, for ChristmasVisions #12:


 
Now I must get back to thinking Summer again!!!  A view from my window:

    Cute images and great coloring. You are way beyond me, I'm still just doing straight lines. That butterfly and flower would be a great picture for someone's challenge.

    Love your card and watercoloring! I love the PO stamps and should have used mine I have quite a few. Get out a here with that gorgeous photo, it almost doesn’t look real! Wow!!!!

    Excuse me, but did you say 'lack' of water-colouring skills? Ummm...did you LOOK at your card? There is no 'lack' of anything; just an abundance of sweet, delicate and pretty! The bunnies, in pink and purple, are darling! Love your wintry scene!
