Second helpings for The Card Concept, and a little tree for Therese at Muse

Those little birds that did the border crossing from Canada to the U.S. have really captured my heart.  I couldn't help but give you a second helping... truthfully, I've made five cards with those I stamped.  The most wonderful thing?  Amy Tsuruta - the generous, fabulous, and adorable - is sending me that stamp!!  You know I won't be leaving it alone once it arrives - thank you so much, Amy!!  I'm trading a home-cooked meal for it ... hope she can make it! =]

I can't wait to share this one for The Card Concept's Krafty Christmas:

"Unexpected gifts from Friends are the very best kind."

Therese Calvird's inspiration card at Muse this week made me scratch my head... yep, stumped again.  Until I ran across this tiny cutie among my Christmas supplies.  With a few die-cut stars, I think she looks rather festive.... for Muse #93:

You'll notice the scenery has changed quite drastically outside my kitchen window!

It's beginning to look a lot like Winter, 'round here!
How about at your house?

  1. Gorgeous, Michele ... more of those wonderful TT birds ... and still so beautifully simple and uncoloured! Love the pop of red! Such a sweet little tree ... the wee stars are just so cute! Think I'd prefer your landscape today ... it's wet, wet, wet, wet and wet here ... and did I mention it was also wet??? Anita :)

  4. Both cards are fabulous Michele (your sentiment tree is uber cool)! We are heading into summer here and with a weekend at 39 degrees it's been wonderful (that means no beautiful snow outside my window though).

  10. I wish I'd known you didn't have that stamp. I have an extra one that I was going to send you until I saw your darling cards and thought you already had it. I haven't made a Christmas card with mine but maybe it's time.

  11. Both of your cards are so cute and fun Michelle! I love those birds, do they get any cuter?!! Love the tiny star too. Your "word" tree is awesome, love these types of cards. We don't have the snow that you have, but it is cold here. Old man winter is definitely making it know that he is on the way! lol Hugs, Brenda

  14. I can see what you mean about the view from your window, how beautiful! Do you find the snow 'beautiful' or is that only something someone like me would say, who never has snow around their house?? Those little birdies are so cute and how wonderful of Amy to send you the stamp (she's so generous!!).
