If I've ever wanted my CAS abilities to shine, it would be when Cecile is our Sketch designer! I hope my card meets with her approval! Here is her lovely Freshly Made Sketch #761:
That oval was screaming for a scene and I have been wanting to
incorporate one of these gorgeous LaLaLand papers a dear friend
sent to me - let's start with my closeup so you can see it a little better...
all that I added were splatters in white, white gold, and warm gold, too!
A Spellbinders oval die was used to cut the aperture from
a warm white card front - I also used it for the snowflakes from
Reverse Confetti, and 'peace' from PTI. The same Gansai Tambi
watercolor paint that was used for the splatter was used to
color the sentiment and snowflakes, too.
You can't imagine how much I wanted a sentiment that read:
It's Christmastime in the City!
Okay, we really have to go see what my teammates have added
to Cecile's sketch - I look forward to seeing how YOU use it even more!
=] Michele
