I'd bet if you looked at the cards you made this week, you'll find one that includes
flowers AND some form of heat or dry embossing. No? Well you still have plenty of time to make one or two for The Flower Challenge #103!
Here's another way to add dry embossing to make those florals POP!
See what I did there? I used the coordinating die to this Altenew Wild Geranium to
add embossed detail around my stamped images adding dimension without the need for additional postage! Yes, I am frugal that way! lol
I love that the die set included one for the hello!
I also love that you stopped by for a visit today - have you entered one of
your beautifully embossed floral cards to our gallery yet? You have plenty
of time to make one or three! My teammates made seconds for your viewing pleasure right HERE!

Beautiful! Your flowers and colors are amazing, and the added dimension without bulk is perfect! All cards this week were masculine for me so I'll just have to enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteI never think to do this, Michele, but I sure do love the look.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous geraniums, Michele! I love how you've embossed with the die! Very creative!
ReplyDeleteI never think to do that with a die, but it works well so I must try to remember. Love the colours too. I have a card for the challenge this month. I will be adding it on the 18th xx
ReplyDeleteWell that's a nifty trick and your geraniums look extra pretty flowing across your card! Just fabulous, Michele!
ReplyDeleteYour embossed Geraniums are beautiful Michele! I don't know why I never remember to use the die and rubber mat to emboss with, but thanks for reminding me! CAS perfection my friend!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteYou're a smart cookie is what you are! I love the perfect debossing which I forget to do to minimize bulk. Soooo smart!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great look, using the die like that. Lovely colors! Lovely card!
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteVery creative Michele. I am like so many and never think to use the dies for embossing. Your card is beautiful with those pretty geraniums and your coloring is lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great look this is with the pretty flowers set into the pillow softness created by your die embossing. A favorite color combination, too. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteLovely card Michele. I do like the dry "invisible-ish" outline you created with the dry embossing of the die.
ReplyDeleteGet you clever clogs !!! What a fantastic idea and one of course I will be nicking it's fantastic . Of course the beautifully coloured florals are magnificent and together with that clever embossing trick this is one clever and beautiful card.
