Just a little spooky for your day...

... from Tom's camera this time!

The Ghost of Cassiopeia Nebula! 1200 light years away!
Tell me, do you see one large, or many ghosts?

And a dew-covered spider's web - too close for comfort.
zoom in to see the amazing droplets on that web!
I don't even want to know where the spider is - geesh!

The August 'Sturgeon' moon...

Happy Halloween, friends!

  11. Poor kids...it was a fizzer here, we had a HUGE thunderstorm with hail and strong winds and got over an inch of rain in 1 hour. So, I sat at home and ate the chocolate myself... lucky I went to Zumba this morning!

  13. Ohhh! I see one large and several smaller ghosts. Very eerie! The spider web photo is incredibly sharp and beautiful. The dew drops are like jewels. Nature is a work of art and Tom's photos capture it beautifully. I saw that sturgeon moon through the tree tops in August. Mesmerizing. Thank you so much for sharing these photos, Michele!
