More? I'm sure you're not surprised ... what better way to start the weekend? I have two cards that were started while TK was visiting and gave a helping hand with my Glimmer Hot Foiling machine - both are stenciled, both from a set from Alex Syberia Designs: Tulips Treasure.
I wonder if my favorite will also be yours?
So majestic, so bold - BLACK foiling with a gorgeous, embossed background from
SSS's Rhythmic folder. Or will it be this soft and sweet trio?
Matte gold foiling, stenciled color, and my favorite of all SU Subtle Texture.
Whichever we favor, one of them is heading to Just us Girls where
Stenciling is their challenge this week.
I have one more for you - this time it's second helpings for the gals at Color Hues...
This card combines two Pinkfresh Studio sets: Floral Border [silver foiled, stencil colored] and a beautiful sentiment from their With Sympathy set - I love that I have the dies but I don't have the foil plates, so a little old-fashioned silver heat embossing did the trick.
That embossing just fills that garden beautifully, doesn't it? Another from my collection of Spellbinders': Flower Frenzy.
That's it for me today ... I'm in Christmas card mode for my sweet seniors. I figured if it FEELS like winter [42 would feel pretty good in Winter], I might as well get some made before it gets warm, and I just want to be outside!
Happy weekend eve everyone!

I love them all! You stencil so beautifully and I love that they are all just showcased on textured backgrounds!
ReplyDeleteWhat a bevy of beauties, my friend! You need to share the solution to the hot foil machine if you figured out how to use it solo. You have inspired me to try mine again with this beautiful tulip foiled in black. I'm loving that deep, deep embossing. Your tulip trio is equally as beautiful and the frame of flowers made me sigh and just stare at it for a while.
ReplyDeleteBoth foiled tulips versions are fabulous (so happy to spot on in the JUGs gallery!) but it's your final glorious spring card that has my heart singing today! GAH, I love that one!
ReplyDeleteMichele... you've been busy! gorgeous set of florals! Thanks as always for joining and sharing at JUGS. Have a great Friday!
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful Michele, the the embossing folder on the first one makes for a GORGEOUS card!! Wowee! Thanks for sharing them all with us at Just Us Girls!
ReplyDeleteThose ASD Tulips are gorgeous Michele...especially the first one in the purples and I love, LOVE that EF you used for the background! And your pink & yellow card?? Like Bonnie, I had to just sit and stare at it for awhile...absolutely BEAUTIFUL my friend!!!!! The flower frame is SO pretty and I just love the embossed background that shows through! Lovely, lovely cards and thanks for sharing the last one with us at Color Hues! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteLove them all and it is so nice to see you use my all time favourite embossing folder. The purple tulip is my favourite. Happy Friday xx
ReplyDeleteYour cards are just so very lovely, Michele! As I was scrolling I just became more enamored. You have such a great Clean style that I so admire. Thanks for coming back to Color Hue for a second entry!
ReplyDeleteAll three are just lovely! The embossing folders behind the first two make such stunning backgrounds for the gorgeous flowers. I thought I'd recognize any PFS florals, but these have somehow passed me by. The florals themselves are beautiful made even more so with your wonderful coloring with the stencils! Wonderful to see your second card in the Color Hues Gallery! Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so very beautiful Michele, I too am a HUGE fan of black foil, it's the shine that keeps on giving!
ReplyDeletePlease don't make me pick a favorite tulip card! Both so pretty in it's own way.
ReplyDeleteLove your second addition to our CH gallery! So beautiful, it just makes my heart so happy!
Thank you so much for playing at Color Hues Michele! ♥♥♥
Wow! GREAT makes from that foiling session, Friend -- love your stencil coloring, they're awesome. And the third? Wow -- love the colors and the "fill in" by the fun and flirty embossing folder
ReplyDeleteA trio of delight to be sure. Love your garden of posies! I hope the days get warmer for you, too. And that our soggy, soggy weekend heads your way next!
ReplyDeleteThe foiled tulips are so glorious, Michele, and your embossed backgrounds add so much to the finished cards. I'm glad you thought to send one to us at Just Us Girls.
ReplyDeleteYour tulips cards are beautiful, really love the first one with that pretty embossed background and your lovely coloring. The 3rd one really shouts spring with the yellow & pink blooms. TFS
ReplyDeleteI have yet to get on board with hot foiling, but this array of cards is wonderful! My favorite is the first with the purple and green color combo (my very favorite) but I also love that embossed background too.
ReplyDeleteThe tulips look wonderful and the last card is an explosion of wonderful spring colors and design!
You go with the tulips, Michele! I know how you love them and it shows. The purple is dramatically gorgeous standing out against the white embossed background. The second is as beautiful in a more subtle way. My most used embossing folder is showing effectively in your photo. Finally -- wow! What a fabulous pink and yellow flower frame with equally fabulous embossing underneath! So crisp and pretty!
ReplyDeleteThat bold black is GORGEOUS! And I do love the embossing on the second card base. YOur third card is amazing too. I just cannot decide!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, beautiful cards !!!!!!

Oh my, Michele, who could pick a favorite out of these three beauties? Always a busy creator, you've given us so much floral goodness to savor, my friend! The one for CH is such a delight, with layers of flowers and that wonderful sentiment...I think I may need to look into that set. Thank you so much for sharing a 2nd card at Color Hues!
ReplyDeleteFoiling, stenciling and embossing - oh my! You are a triple threat! fabulous cards!
ReplyDeleteOne can never have enough tulips! And your last card has so much layered goodness!
ReplyDeleteAwesome use of all the tools to make these beauties! Thanks for joining in at JUGS!
ReplyDeleteMichele I love that you made second helpings and this is just gorgeous. Beautiful flowers layer over a gorgeous embossed layer, so lovely. Thank you once again for sharing with us at thencolours Hues!
ReplyDeleteThese flower cards are so beautiful, Michele! I especially love the first purple tulip card! "Majestic" and "bold" are the right words, as you say, and the choice of embossing folder for the background is perfect!
