Karren is our host for Freshly Made Sketches #593 and she shared a fun 'bridge card' fun-fold technique that I'd never heard of before. Leave it to Jen McG. to make it as simple as can be! [Karren shared the link and her own beautiful card here]
I had yet another wonderful win - this one over on Instagram from a new company from an incredible artist: Alex Syberia Designs. Here is the reason I took part in her Hop... another gorgeous tulip for my ever-growing collection: Tulips Treasure!
Gorgeous! And I love how you added the envelope to the back for the sentiment....oh so clever!
ReplyDeleteSimply amazing, Michele!! I adore the tulips backed by the subtle green polka dots and framed with the textured white sides. Thanks for playing along with us at FMS this week.
ReplyDeleteOh lucky you winning that prize. I do love her designs and what you have done with those tulips. That's a very clever way to add a special message too xx

Beautifully stenciled and I love the bridge card layout design too...really makes this card stand out! Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of your win...bring it on!!!!! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteYou must be overrun with tulips by now but I can see why you wanted this one for your own, Michele. It is lovely and beautifully colored. It spans that bridge perfectly. I saw that video and thought of it when I saw the challenge but I think my time is running out.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a cool fun fold card Michele! I love that you won this set of tulips, they are gorgeous as is your card! I love the sketch, but I love how it was turned into a fun fold card even more. You were so clever to put a pocket on the back to hold a sentiment and message, such a cool idea! I've not heard of this company, but you know me, I live under a rock. LOL I'm off to check out how this card was made. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteOh my who knew you could build such a fabulous bridge? Love the gorgeous tulips!

ReplyDeleteI do love this bridge design with the beautiful tulips. Got to love that it folds flat for mailing plus has the pocket in the back for a message tag. Congratulations on another fabulous win!
ReplyDeleteYour tulips are as pretty as can be! What a beautiful card, design and image both.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your another win, Michele! And what a pretty tulip bridge card! You inspired me to make a bridge card.
ReplyDeleteLove the colors of the tulips, and the back pocket for the sentiment piece! The subtle texture of the front panels and the soft green polka dot background are really nice touches.
