Wowza, my favorite bird, how did you know?! Mr Oriole is resplendant with his vivid colors and favorite snack, too! LOVE him!
ReplyDeleteOh Michele...your Oriole is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!! This whole card shines, but that sweet little birdie is definitely the star of the show! The one that we saw the day you came over has not come back, so I'm assuming it was your presence that brought him to visit my feeder...maybe you should stop by again so we can test that theory out?! Anyway, lovely, lovely card my friend! Hugs. :0)
ReplyDeleteSo fabulous! I do love a fantastic bird card- this is it!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a beautiful bird, Michele! You have done an awesome job of making this redstart into a Baltimore Oriole!
ReplyDeleteBaltimore Orioles are our favorite visitor to our bird feeders. Yours is just stunning--and I love the Orange, white flowers and leaves as well. I don't have much in the way of bird dies but this one is urging me to change that!
ReplyDeleteAn absolutely awesome card!! Lucky you to have Orioles in your back yard! Love your card!
ReplyDeleteThey are back in stock so I just ordered mine, Michele. That is one thing I want to do - change it to different birds. Your oriole is so beautiful and I would love to see one at any feeder.
ReplyDeleteWOW! Oh so beautiful my friend!
ReplyDeleteOh my word Michele, this card, this bird.....that branch and orange...AMAZING!!! Love the colors and love how they pop off the gray pierced background. You are certainly going out with a bang my friend! Off to Doodlebugs blog. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteMy Fridays won't be the same anymore. Thank you for the months of inspiration via the Doodlebugs blog (and shop!) Love your oriole--he's quite awesome!!
ReplyDeleteThe Baltimore oriole is fabulous on your card! Talk about a grande finale to your Doodlebug time! Gorgeous card!
ReplyDeleteOh my word, this is stunning Michele! I got so excited, I put three "l's" in your name! oops! I love watching the birds at our feeders all year long. This Baltimore Oriole could fly in for a visit any time!
ReplyDeleteI can't see this too many times!! It's just stunning, Michele!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous as an oriole! We don't have Orioles here, but in winter we had Black Headed Grosbeaks at the feeders. The adult male is richly orange and black. I enjoyed your post at Doodlebugs. I know you'll be missed there.
ReplyDeleteI ditto Leslie's comment -- SO BEAUTIFUL! Really stunning and special card
ReplyDeleteOoh I wish I had birds like that visiting my garden. How amazing he looks. No wonder you treasure the visits. we have sparrows, blackbirds and pigeons - very boring, but I do still love watching them. Fabulous grey background xx
ReplyDeleteOh..... he's a beauty!! I know a fella who loves to have those posing for him ;) I've enjoyed all of your DB posts. They WILL miss you XO
ReplyDeleteThis is my favourite card of all time, no I mean it I nearly cried when I saw it absolutely stunning and I need to buy every single, die, stamp, colour, and embossing folder then have a nervous breakdown when I CAN'T CREATE IT !
ReplyDeleteJust popped in to say that you inspired me to buy the whole set !!

You have definitely caused me to shop at Doodlebugs - more than once!! This is an absolutely amazing die and you have used it to perfection with the gorgeous orange colors on the muted background!
ReplyDeleteYour Baltimore Oriole is awesome, Michele! He looks just like the one in the picture! Love the ink-blended shades and the orange branches paired perfectly with the bird. The subtle texture and the color of the background complement the bird in bright colors. Thanks so much for your inspiration at Friday's Doodlebugs!
