Isn't that a fun assignment for The Flower Challenge #78? Die cuts & Stencils! I know I have lots of sets that have a stamp, dies, and stencils to color them with - but don't forget you can just as easily use a stencil for the background!
Here is my card using a beautiful suite of products from Pinkfresh Studio...
You might notice I did not use the outline stamp - I just love the softness of this stenciled Garden Roses image!
That Geo Steps embossing folder from Altenew always adds a wonderful geometric texture, and one of my PF label dies was a perfect fit for the Smiles and Hugs from the set.
Here are the inks I used for it:
I do hope you'll search your stash for some fun florals to play along with us! Let's go see how my teamies put their assignments together, shall we?

Beautiful. Did you add some ink to the EF? I love the grey tones and how they add even more dimension...or is that just lighting?

ReplyDeleteI'm bestowing a title on you Michele.....Queen of Flowers because you always do them so stunningly! No outline needed with these gorgeous blooms, I love the softness of these blooms as well. The embossed background is so cool looking as well as so beautiful looking to showcase these blooms on. It looks almost like you used texture paste with a stencil, so cool looking, so beautiful and so gorgeous is the whole card. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteI'm always torn between outline and no outline but your roses without an outline are so soft and pretty, Michele. And that embossing folder gives amazing dimension.
ReplyDeleteI love the softly stenciled rose cluster, Michele! Sometimes it looks much better without the outline!!!
