CAS Christmas Card Challenge - January 2022

The team over at the CAS Christmas card challenge have gifted us with a lovely way to start our 2022 stash ... Silver and Gold!

I made my card with my friend Bonnie in mind - she has been wishing for snow, and I've been wishing all the snow in our forecast would head her way =]

I found a fun way to send her a few flakes...

A new little MFT die called Message in a Bottle, found its way to my stash!

The Stamp Market's sentiment, a very old EF, and silver and gold sequins for snow!

I'm so happy your wish came true this weekend, Bonnie!

  4. If only it were this simple Michele!! I'd bottle it up and send to Bonnie (any anyone else who wants the stuff!!) too, but I don't think I could have done it as elegantly as you have!! That die is just perfect for your shaker element, and all those little gold and silver sequins make it shine just like the real stuff when the sun hits it! LOVE the embossed background too! Thanks so much for sharing this beauty with us at CAS Christmas...lovely, lovely card!! Hugs. :0)

  18. This puts me in mind of last year's Newbery Award Winner - When You Tame a Tiger by Tae Keller. Star jars are a very big piece of this wonderful story. Your snowflake jar is fantastic. Wonderfully creative!
