There was not one bit of doubt in my mind that I'd be playing along with those fab designers at Color Hues this week - I LOve the combination of red, and orange!
DT Hannelie's card inspired me to get out some of the awesome card stock I have on hand - these from The Stamp Market, worked beautifully with my Climber Flowers set from Altenew - which seems to be climbing beautifully on their Grid Cover Die - thank you, to one of my generous friends for that die! Ready for my card? Here she is...
Two very bright and wonderful inks came together for my sentiment -
this one from Pinkfresh's Lush Greenery set...
Okay. I'd better get back to my regularly scheduled 'loads' of Monday fun! Thanks Color Hues for featuring colors I love!

I expected nothing short of die cuts and awesome background either from a die or embossing folder! This is so gorgeous and now I need to get those dies to make a beautiful flower like you did! Thank you for joining us this challenge at the Color Hues!
ReplyDeleteSuch a vibrant and beautiful card Michele. Great colour combination and it sure is striking against the crisp white Grid x. Fabulous card indeed x.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, if this isn't as pretty as can be! That grid cover die is going to be getting many uses...how fabulous is that! Not to mention those flowers. Every time I see them I think I need them and you have me feeling that once again! Outstanding job with our colors! I love having you in the gallery at Color Hues! Take care and enjoy the rest of your day!
ReplyDeleteHope the "loads" aren't too big today...I know that can be daunting. What's fabulous, though, is your card. Lovin' those rich warm tones, the frame and the way you wove the stem through the trellis. Gorgeous card.
