Altenew Inspiration Challenge November 2020

Between the loads of fun I had on Monday, I contemplated the November 2020 Altenew Inspiration photo.  For a girl whose favorite color is grey, this was truly a challenge!  I love Erum's card, and her fabulous videos are another treat I indulge in on Monday each week.

There is another new Poinsettia in my stash ... Altenew's Modern one.  It has really beautiful sentiments, too.  I reached for my water color pan set, and here's where Erum's tropical vibe took me - btw those little tropical leaves are from my snippets box - from Waffle Flower Craft.

Since this sentiment [Altenew - Apothecary Labels] is quite prominent in navy -
I'll share this one with

Thanks so much for stopping by ... means so much to me!

Thank you Altenew!!!

  6. WOW...this is a beaut Michele! Love that Poinsettia stamp and you've water colored it beautifully! Never would have thought of using those colors together for a Christmas card, but it totally works (should enter it into the CAS Christmas for non traditional colors). I love, LOVE the turquoise leaves and putting the sentiment on the nave label works too! Lovely, lovely card my friend!! Hugs. :0)

  7. You know how much I love non-traditional colours for Christmas cards and this combo is stunning!! Really like how you coloured the flowers too, its messy in a good way, which adds so much interest I think. And the gold with the black for the sentiment is oh so stylish. You know we love to see you at The Flower Challenge!!
