Inspired By #147 ... fall is sweet!

 

I could definitely take a bite out of our IB147 photo this week!  It's the best time of year to get those ovens heating again, right?

Well, as much as I love to bake, I'm just as cozy in my craft space ... here is a taste of Fall from me to you!

Lighting is starting to become an issue with the shorter days - here's another look:


A few wonderful scraps of patterned paper seemed to FALL together nicely as a place to set my pumpkin cup ... and a revisit to an old favorite embossing folder inking for my background panel makes me happy!

    All the feels of fall wrapped up in a lovely card! Wonderful work, Michele. I really like the colors and the textures in your card. So cozy and warm. I do enjoy baking things that make the house smell good (just baked an apple cake with caramel sauce yesterday). I also love to snuggle in with a good book and or a fun knitting or crochet project. :D

    I love your Fall mug, Michele! We had a few Fall days, but now we're back to Summer. Sigh...I'm hoping for some more Fall weather and warm cozy sips of spiced tea. I love the warm cozy feel of your card, my friend!

    Inking that embossing folder did so much to make your gorgeous mug pop right off the card. Your "leftover" elements are sure getting a workout in the best possible way.

    That embossing folder makes an absolutely fabulous background, love that mug too. You are so good at getting inspiration from photos, I am jealous as it is something I struggle with. I have no idea why especially when you make it look so easy xx

    Gorgeous fall card, Michele! I can see why you love this embossing folder...it's perfect with your mug and those fabulous tall skinny alphas!
    By the way, I also really love how you staged your card for the 2nd photo...the leaves are beautiful and the texture on your gray background is stunning!
