Inspired By #141 tweet tea... features the tweetest little tea cups! It's no wonder that little tweet-heart is building her nest there - which is exactly where my inspiration comes from today... can you find her?
I'd paint every one of my cabinets this gorgeous grey!
So, of course, I created a little 'cabinet' for my cups
and a new grey card: Bazzill Alpaca!
It didn't take long to find all the right blooms for my little TCP die-cut tea cups - these come from Pinkfresh Studio: Keep Going, and The Stamp Market: Bloominus - but my little nest-builder is from Altenew's: Wild Hibiscus c. 2015! I'll keep it in my stash just for this little bird, but the blooms are pretty terrific, too! I Copic colored them as those IB tweet-tea cups are - see if you can match those that inspired me. Then come play, won't you?!

Oh...how lovely. What a pretty card. I'd keep that sweet bird, too! I see elements of all the cups, except the one with the heart, I think. This card is elegant and calming and simply beautiful!

ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness, this is so sweet! I have that very same image in a large painting in my stamp room. I believe it's the same. Mine has some paint brushes in the painting, which is why I thought it would be perfect for my room. Anywho, I love your card and the soft gray is very nice!
ReplyDeleteWow, each cup is so lovely and so is the bird, Michele! I enjoy looking at your cups comparing with the ones in the IB picture. The beautiful gray cabinet frames the images perfectly.
