I used MFT's Birdy Brown freebie - it was easy, and so fun, to make her the star of the show!
PTI star die - might have been my first purchase from them!
EBE Freebie by Brandi, and Altenew Speech Bubbles and dies
The 'privacy curtain' was created with a SU embossing folder.
Trimming the bottom edges gave them a bit more movement, don't you agree?
However YOU interpret Sketch #371 is just fine with us, as long as we can see it in your card! Now. Let's go see my teamies' renditions, shall we? OH wait ... thanks for your visit today!

THese are adorable! I love the "star" nurse in her pretty scrubs, but the curtain on the second card...well, that just takes the cake! Awesome creations!
ReplyDeleteSo appropriate for out current situation...I totally agree and have always thought nurses were underappreciated. It's good to see that they're getting their well-deserved props. If you have to be sick, they can make it so much easier to cope.
ReplyDeleteLove both cards. You wow me every time.
Love both cards, but card #2 is just brilliant! Love the curtain effect. You are such an imaginative card maker, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI don't know if I can stand the cuteness!! Wow girl, these are aMAYzing!!
ReplyDeleteOur health care workers are heroes for sure....fabulous cards! And who knew you could make curtains?!?!?!
ReplyDeleteGreat job of honoring hero nurses, Michele. Both cards are beautifully colored and fussy cut.
ReplyDeleteI love the nurse in green against all that white and stars! The curtain is so clever on the second card! Love the dimension and texture to say nothing of that sewing of loops to make the curtain slide! You are so clever, my friend!
