The Day of the Month Challenge GD

Send a Card to a Friend Day
I have had the most wonderful, luckiest, start to 2020 - today I'm joining The Day of the Month challenge as their Guest Designer!  I am so thrilled that my Poinsettia card was chosen as their #1 pick - it was inspired by a truly wonderful designer on their team:  Cornelia!   I have you to thank for this honor, my friend:

For February 2020 the team has treated us to a wonderful challenge:  make AND SEND a card for a friend!!  I have a very big hug to send to a very sweet friend!

Are you a 'planner' person?  I tried so hard to be … but, alas, the best thing I got out of the effort were some really wonderful papers to turn in to cards!!  My patterned paper was from said planner!

Is that weird that I saved them?  Nah!!  I'll make a point to point them out as they're used - you'll understand, I'm sure!

So!  I'm sure you've already started the design in your brilliant heads - maybe you have even thought of a friend to send it to?  Be sure to share it with us by February 29th!  That's right you even get an extra day to take the LEAP!!!

  9. This is really cute Michele! I've wanted to be a "planner" person too, but to no avail, I've never accomplished getting there. My life is just too boring to need a planner. At least you got some good papers to use for your always adorable cards. Happy card making!

  20. Congrats on your GD spot Michele, I'm not surprised by it though as you are an amazing card maker! I love this sweet card, it is so cute and perfect to send hugs to someone. I used to be a planner person, but went to using the calendar on my cell phone as it can give me a reminder where as a planner can't. lol It was hard at first, because I am a paper person, but I am slowly becoming a digital person. So I love that you are using your planner pattern pages in card making and can't wait to see the next card that has one on it! Hugs, Brenda
