Before I even post my card, I'd bet you know exactly which set I'll use for today's Inspired By #112 prompt … go ahead and tell me if you're right!
MFT's Let's Stick Together has done it again! Their little pots were cut from a really old Kaisercraft paper using the coordinating dies. I picked up the MFT Mistletoe Cover Up die after Christmas... today I thought it made the perfect cacti-shaped shadows, with a bit of Shaded Lilac DOX on vellum.

No matter which cacti you use, we can't wait to see them 'stuck' in our gallery at IB#112!

ReplyDeleteThis MFT set was made for this challenge...all those little patterns on the cacti pots are perfect. Think my favorite, though, is how you shaded the vellum...genius.

ReplyDeleteOh Michele, this is just adorable! Those beautifully coloured little cacti are just so cute and fun in their trendy pots! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteI was totally inspired by Laurel's challenge photo this week - I went punny as opposed to cute,, but your sombrero wearing cacti have made me chuckle today Michelle! Love the vellum diecut piece behind too for a little background detail. Who would have thought cacti could be so sweet?!
