It was easy enough to find a few Halloween papers in my stash... here's how I put them together:
That sentiment is from the same old retired MFT trick or treat
set I used on my CTS card this week ... coming soon!
These papers are from a very old 4x6" Recollections pad! Some cut, some torn - all stitched down with spider webbing... by this big not-so-itsy bitsy-spider sticker - also from my stash. I think my Halloween stash will last until I stop making cards! ha!
Don't YOU stop until you've added a little boo to our gallery, okay?

Cute! At least that not-so-itsy-bitsy-spider is cute. A great use of the papers in your stash! I too think that I could craft a life time and never use all the paper in my closet of shame.
ReplyDeleteI want that table runner. You've certainly been inspired by it and used lots of those papers in the process. Great job all round!
ReplyDeleteThe inspirational table runner is so cool looking as is your card Michele! I love your "spider web" that you stitched on the card and of course all those fabulous Halloween papers. Your spider sticker is the best! Very cute card my friend. I don't decorated outside anymore either, didn't decorate inside either since I wasn't going to be here for most of the month. Just fall stuff going up here and that is slim this year. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteYour card fits the photo PERFECTLY! Way better than mine, LOL! I love your spider...the only way I love spiders is on paper!! Super duper cute!
ReplyDeleteYou nailed that challenge! This is the first year that I'm not going all out for fall/halloween/thanksgiving and probably Christmas. (We'll see on that last one)
ReplyDeleteFabulous use of those fun papers Michele and that is one 'big' spider...Great take on the challenge. Continue to enjoy the season x
ReplyDeleteYou certainly captured the vibe from that table runner...love the stitching and that HUGE spider.
ReplyDeleteAnother really cute Halloween card, Michele! I love the stitched spider webbing and that fabulous spider! You certainly nailed it with this prompt :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun!! Loving the Halloween Papers and your fun stitching!! Great design.
ReplyDeleteI went looking for Halloween paper and couldn't find any so it's good you have your old stuff, Michele. Tearing and stitching works well on a scary spider card.
ReplyDeleteI can tell you had fun with this one didn't you!
ReplyDeletefabulous!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun way to use those paper bits! This is cute Michele!
ReplyDeleteExcellent in every way! Love how you used every detail from the strips, to the stitching to the spider. Wonderful work!
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the inspiration, but love the randomness of the strips! I'd say that's an awesome spider but I'll have to think on that a bit - haha!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun and a wonderful use of patterned papers!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun Halloween card, Michele! Wonderful interpretation of the IB photo and the great use of pattern paper!
ReplyDeleteThe torn edges are the perfect touch, and the spider's cross stitching is unique and interesting!
Hideko xx
