An idea percolated in my brain while riding … I couldn't wait to put that idea to paper for Freshly Made Sketches' 400th Sketch celebration …
… a landscape box card! I hope you've had a chance to watch Shari Carrol's video - it was the guide for the birthday card I made for my husband last week!

ReplyDeleteWOW...this is absolutely GORGEOUS Michele!! I definitely MUST watch that video! Your background and the daisy are both colored so beautifully and love at hemstitch die framing it all too! (did I tell you I ended up buying that set of dies?!!) Sounds like you had a wonderful 3 day trip with your hubby, and yes, I design in my head while I'm on the road too!! Haha!! :0)

ReplyDeleteMy oh my oh my.....who knew box cards were a thing? This is beyond gorgeous! I design while I am falling asleep...think I need to work on designing at times when I am wide awake! And the Great Lakes are fabulous - I went to college in Oswego NY and spent four years living on the shores of Lake Ontario - it was fabulous -and the winters were crazy wild! So glad you joined our celebration at FMS!
