CAS[E] this Sketch #324

Oh boy!  another really tricky Sketch from Chrissy this week!  Are you ready?  check it...


Isn't it fun?  I have a literal take, and a second helping for this one!  Here you go...


Well.  it is nesting season... and I did have all those fun primary papers out!  AND a sweet little PTI bird set
borrowed from a friend - thanks, Marcia!

  1. I wondered what YOU'd come up with for this sketch Michele, and I love your 1st literal take on the sketch, but I really LOVE your 2nd card with the colorful nest...AWESOME my friend!! And that little birdie definitely looks right at home in your beautiful nest!! A+ :0)

  3. Holy moley...love all those splashes of color against that clean white on both cards...and the crisp black sentiments. But, oh my, that bird is exceptional.

  5. Now why isn't that a bluebird? I guess so she didn't compete with the colorful nest. Your literal take is spot on, Michele, and probably the way I would go if I find time to make a card.

  15. I love that you added something special even to the literal take, Michele! Placing the white sentiment die-cut over the colorful blocks is a brilliant idea. And the "thinking-outside-the-box" take is simply amazing! It looks like a piece of modern art!
