I sure hope the CAS girls won't mind if I combine the Stencil Challenge with CAS Watercolour this month...
I botched my bokeh the other day but decided it could NOT be wasted! I thought a few snowflake shaped bokeh dots would be cute... not so much! So, while that slow-drying pigment ink was still sticky, I added a bit of sparkle to them by way of glitter embossing powder... here's how my sponging over a water-colored background turned into a pretty winter wonder... at least I hope the girls will think so! I even made my own stencil!!!
