Here is the loveliness Amy Rohl has gifted us with for CTD#464:
Remember last week, when I resisted the Fox? Well, I just happened to purchase one recently that I just could NOT resist using this week for Orange, Taupe, and Black!
That gorgeous taupe-y grey of the cover panel was achieved by stamping a little background texture over a piece of shimmery cardstock. But, please... can we just stop talking and gaze at those little darlings from Penny Black!? [Am I hearing the 'awwwws' from here??]
OH! you probably came for the pumpkins! Okay... here you go:

Yep, an awwww for that little fox with his birdy friend, Michele, they're so adorable ... and an eeeek for your spooky scene with those fabulous pumpkins ... they glow! Another triumph at CT! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww, so sweet! You did a fabulous job on these cards. That first one with the fox and bird just melts my heart. Love the textured look of the background too. I'll bet it's beautiful against the shimmer in real life. And your second card is nice and festive for the holiday. Adore the richness of the colors in the pumpkins. Great job on both! :) Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't I stamp that fox again after ruining the first one? He is so darling, Michele. And I love the background. I still have a piece of that paper you shared. Love the birch trees behind the pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, CUTE! I love the fox but I think the little speech bubble with the embossed sentiment is the scene-stealer! You had me running to Ellen's to find it! Great background too!
ReplyDeleteI've been colouring up some PB cutie patootie critters myself, great minds lol. Love both your fabulous deisgns, Congrats on being GD too!
ReplyDeleteI'm smitten with that sweet little fox!! And I do love that sentiment so. Darling darling card. And who doesn't love pumpkins!!
ReplyDeleteAwwww is the perfect comment for the so adorable and sweet fox! And the little bird is equally cute. Love your wonderful textured background!
ReplyDeleteAwww is right! I love how you added texture to the fox and bird with your coloring and your cover panel is so cool, Michele! Thanks for my daily dose of pumpkins, too...they look amazing with the birch trees in the background! You knocked it outta the park with this color combo...that's for sure :)
ReplyDeleteAWESOME both! Love that cute fox and all the elements, design...perfect!
ReplyDeleteOh, that fox is just the cutest! Two fabulous cards!
ReplyDeleteThat fox is SO CUTE!!! I love how you colored it in and the word bubble with that sentiment!!! That second card is amazing. Did you use a stencil for those trees or a stamp? LOVE the arrangement!
ReplyDeleteyour critters are darling, and those trees are fab.
