Playing Cards with Technique Tuesday!

What do you do when someone that you admire [greatly] asks "wanna play?" I personally replied with a resounding YES!

Technique Tuesday's Greenhouse Society stamps, and their coordinating dies, are ever so beautiful, month after month!  September's Echinacea is the one that Teri Anderson so kindly sent me to play cards with.

I quickly got out my Zigs ... here's where my heart took me:

Soft and sweet...
and because one is NEVER enough...
bright, and beautifully bold!

No matter how you color it, this is one gorgeous bloom!

Thanks, Teri, for the invitation, and Technique Tuesday, for the beautiful blooms each month!

  1. So happy for you that you were asked to play and that you accepted. You created two beautiful cards with the stamp set! Adore both renditions! Not only did you color the stamp beautifully, you always add amazing details, like that border line of dashes on the first card and the x's on the second. So visually interesting and appealing. Thanks so much for sharing, Michele! HOpe you have a great day! :) Hugs!

  7. How wonderful that you got one of my favorite flowers to play with, Michele. I love the colors on both but it was the details you added to each card that impressed me. I need to take a lesson. ;)

  8. Your second card is calling out to me; it must be the white embossing and watercolor or maybe the purple and green together. Whatever the reason, the card is fabulous. Like others of shared, your added details finish off the cards perfectly.

  9. Hot dog, hot dog, hot diggity dog...I opened with that because I'm happy you were asked to play and because Sweet P is singing along with the Mickeys Mouse Club house LOL!! Seriously though you rocked both cards!! Those Zigs are in good hands, love the away you've used them. Lots of prettiness!!
