A challenge is a great way to start our crafty New Year, and I'm always so inspired by Altenew's Inspiration Challenge photos - this month's is no exception.
Here is where it took me ... a little oval piece of this darling Pinkfresh paper provided just the perfect yellow ... and Altenew's Beautiful Day provided the darling flowers ...don't you think?
a Cheesecloth background stamp, and Morning Frost ink added that bit of grey in their color graphic.
The lovely Dark Chocolate cardstock was a perfect compliment to their Espresso Dye Ink... I didn't think it needed one bit of coloring.
I have found my mojo... YAY!
Thanks to all the challenges in our blogging world!
Thanks for dropping by today ...

Go Mojo! this is fabulous Michele, love how you have left the flower as line art, i always struggle with that and want to colour everything lol.
ReplyDeleteYes, your mojo has returned with renewed vigor (or vigour, in Canadian *grin*). Chocolate and espresso are a perfect pairing; fabulous accompaniment to your perfect Pinkfresh yellow! Sending happy thoughts and hugs to you as well!

ReplyDeleteI would say you found your mojo and then some!! Mine's floating around out there somewhere, if you find it please send it my way LOL!! Your card is extra pretty Michele and I love the way you were inspired. The snippet of paper you used for your oval is sweet! Love your pretty card.
ReplyDeleteI'm fairly certain your mojo never takes a day off, or goes on vacation for weeks at a time like mine does... This is gorgeous. Not just pretty. Not just beautiful. It's way above that level. The patterned paper is the perfect compliment to those uncolored flowers. Love this one. P.S. Sending freezing rain your way...sorry about that. Bev
ReplyDeleteA beautiful inspired card - you captured the photo perfectly - lofe the white sentiment on the brown and the pretty outline blooms!
