Spoiler alert!!! Lindsey Larson - don't read one more word!!!
=] By the time this challenge has ended, I will be hand-delivering this little card [and a few goodies] to my friend, and 12 Kits Teamie, Lindsey Larson.
Yep, we're hitting the road again, folks! Lindsey lives in Virginia, which just happens to be the route I've planned to our final destination: N. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! How can I resist putting another tick-mark on my blogging friends list??
For CASology's Washi challenge - by the way, I had to buy this one - too cute, to resist!
A new set from Neat & Tangled arrived just in time, too!
One last little polka dot bag from Impress in Seattle - I'll be back!
So, friends, if I seem a little quiet this week, you'll know why ... never fear - we'll catch up, soon! OH if you live near Myrtle Beach? give me a shout! xx
=] Michele

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet is this?! Love the green + white gingham and LOVE how you worked your magic with the Neat & Tangled Hand Stitched set...PERFECT.
ReplyDeleteSafe Travels and I can't wait until you come back to go shopping at IMPRESS.
What a sweet card Michele! I love that sweet little flower and leaves arch, it looks so sweet over your sentiment. Love that paper too along with the katywompus mat and frame. Your card is amazing and will be well received by Lindsey I'm sure. OMGosh, I lived in Conway which was 14 miles from Myrtle Beach. Used to go to the beach all the time! It is now very touristy now from when I lived there. Dwayne and I went down every few years to see my family that still lives there and of course always had to go to the beach while we were there. Love to look back on my scrap albums with the memories from the beach and visiting my aunts and uncles. Enjoy your road trip and Lindsey!!! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteWonderful CAS card, and I know Lindsey will love it. Love your gingham plaid washi, and it is used perfectly on this card. And, have fun with Lindsey and on your vacation. Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous card, Michele! I really love how you played with your pretty gingham Washi tape, and your color combo is fabulous!

ReplyDeleteSubtle. Gorgeous. Fresh!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this Michele!
Thanks for joining us at Casology!
So sweet. Whenever I see this pattern, I think of my Grandma W. She went for a period where she only wore dresses in this pattern. They were handmade by one of her friends. She had one in every color. Thank you for making me think of my sweet Grandma, who I miss so much. Happy travels. =)
ReplyDeleteThank you! You could not have possibly made a card I would love more!!! Mint is an absolute fave (did you notice the watch I was wearing?), this N&T set is a set I've long admired, and having it hand delivered was even better than I could have imagined! You are every bit as wonderful as I knew you would be and then some! I'm still so so happy! Now trying to figure out how to make that Michigan trip work...
ReplyDeleteJust loved making it for you, Lindsey ... don't let anything get in the way of fun travels with your family ... you have a standing invitation!! xx
