Finding your own style is encouraged here at Muse ...
... we love the way you put your own style into the cards you make based on our design team's card each week! I hope you find something about one of my cards - yes, there are more than one - that inspires a bit of crafting time this week!
I'm back as your Muse for Challenge #156, and ready to use it as a means to an end - a much needed supply of thank you cards!
First up: a Laura Bassen-esque card that I was inspired by my sweet friend Donna Mikasa to try - my first attempt, thus I admit to doing a little camouflaging of my own with the ARTplorations Old Roses stencil!
Next: one for the young, or young-at-heart:
Let us not forget those wonderful guys in our lives:
Last, but not least - a design for anyone you're thankful for, with an extra pinch of love added!
Just in case you haven't seen the connection ... I've raised my thanks in some way ... that is all I'm challenging you to do this week:
Make a thank you card!
YOUR style, ANY way, CAS - or layers galore!
Hope you have fun with it, and I'll be so excited to see you in the gallery!
=] Michele
Supplies:
Thanks die: MFT also the striped background stamp
YOU die: SSS Love You and sentiment from a SSS kit of the month
Sentiments and Sophisticated Script lettering: love you, mean it: Concord & 9th
Inks: Wplus9 from the Autumn Splendor Collection
Geeeee whillikers, girly! What a treasure trove of inspiration I've stumbled into! I just wanted to come compliment you on your striking Muse design (love the bright punch of color against that pristine white) but little did I know I was going to get an eyeful of gorgeousness. Love this lineup - especially that plaid number. It's so darling!

ReplyDeleteMy fav is the last one. Love that raised die technique.
Or, maybe the pretty plaid one.. so cute. :-)

ReplyDeleteWhat a plethora of wonderful cards!! I LOVE the stenciled roses on the first one. I also LOVE the masculine version with the muted colors. Fantastic design. I have a question for you. I noticed on one of the cards that you sent me you had a personalized stamp on the back that said your name. Where did you get that? I need to order one for my cards. I have been hand writing my initials but it would be easier to stamp something!!
