I've planted a garden for Kim Heggins ... she is the designer to CASE for the month of March, after all!
Kim's adorable card with its back to school theme is SO cute!
I didn't have any of these darling minis to craft with, hence my garden theme with those little Paper Smooches Green Thumb images:
I've managed to make five panels using SSS Stitched Rectangles and Squares.
Yikes, I should have thought a bit longer about the colors ... but I like the idea of white dirt!!
This card makes me excited about Spring, and Tom's great garden ... he'll have the seeds started by the end of the month, I'm sure of it. He turns an entire room in our basement into a greenhouse of sorts with grow-lights galore, and racks, and racks of sprouting yumminess!I am so envious of you all that see Spring this early in the year. I hope you bring a little bit to me when you visit me here - thanks in advance!

E.T.A. I'm throwing my creative cap in the ring at Paper Smooches ... I am not at all sure of myself, but I do LOve playing with my little stash of P.S. products ... hope you like it Kim!! =] xx

Adorable Michele! I have this strange love of rain boots and I love the pattern you selected for this one. Fabulous bright and fun card.
ReplyDeleteWe are definitely having spring this week here Michele. I am going to hate to see it leave, but we are still supposed to have above average temps, so I will take that for sure! March can be bitter cold as well as April, so to have this warm weather now is amazing. And speaking of amazing, I am totally in love with your card! How cute it is!! That rain boot with the tools-love it! Those sweet vegies-rockin! And then there is that adorable little snail, at least I think it is a snail, too cute! Great take on that fabulous and amazing back to school inspiration! Hugs, Brenda
