CAS[E] this Sketch #154

Happy New Year, everyone!!!  After our hiatus, I am a bit rusty!  But ever so happy to get back to crafting ... aren't you?  Here is a lovely new Sketch from N@t Ali to get our CTS year started on the right foot:

I have lots of new goodies since last we've gathered.  On the top of the list to use is a fabulous, beautiful set designed by my friend May Park called Oriental Orchid ... here's what I've done with it for this week's sketch ... a match made in Heaven, I think!

For it's first use, I've chosen to white heat-emboss the outline of the orchids onto linen vellum, and add a bit of simple coloring on the reverse with Copics.  A sprinkling of wonderful sequins [a very generous gift in my W&W order] and voila!

A little close-up and I'll leave you with my thanks, and a wish to see YOU in our CAS[E] this Sketch gallery this week!

Please, be sure to check out all the loveliness my team-mates have to inspire us!
