The Challenge #54

I had a request for a few Hanukkah cards recently.  I tried to come up with a few fresh ideas.

Here is The Challenge sketch this week:

A lucky little snippet on my desk changed my perspective on a SSS die, which turned into a darling little Star of David!

I'll give you a close-up first, as there are a few Jelly Roll accents of my own on a darling paper from Pink Fresh Studios from my SSS November kit:

Instant candles for the Menorah - darling Star of David!

I'm grateful to my friend for that request.  Not only did it allow me to take a fresh look at my supplies, it gave me pause to think a moment about beliefs.  Even though we believe in different miracles, in the end we all hold Peace, Love, and Joy as the greatest gifts of all.  Right?  Right.

This is sadly my final post as a Design Team member at The Challenge.  I've enjoyed playing cards with Lesley and her dynamite team, for sure - thank you, girls- xxxxx!  However, I miss just "playing cards" because it is what I love the 'mostest', and I needed that extra bit of time to do just that.

Thanks, always, for your support and comments on my cards at The Challenge ... and don't think you're totally rid of me!!!

I am blessed and grateful to be on DT but I know what you mean about time to play. From the looks of it you are getting some play time in .

I'm sure the team is going to miss you, but I'm glad to know that you'll have more time to 'play' :)
