Fusion Season's Greetings and Addicted to CAS: Joy

I'm joining in on the fun at Fusion again this week!  I love the image - it is perfect for the PTI set I recently picked up ... here is their lovely inspiration - the photo where my heart leads me:

I was drawn to the shape of the leaves on their tree, too!   Here is my little card:

Next up?  I have fallen head-over-heels with a new Winnie & Walter Cutaway I received in the mail over the weekend ... get ready folks - you may be in for a whole heap of JOY from this blog!!  This one is headed over to Addicted to CAS: Challenge #78- JOY!!  Convenient isn't it?

I hope to have a few more days of crafting before the holidays!  I have another new cutaway, and have been inspired [by a little friend of mine in Australia] to use some of my favorite patterned paper!

    Oh wow!! Both these cards are beautiful!! I LOVE the white on white on the second card with the vellum window. So creative to put a tea light inside!!

    LOVE your first card. I have the PTI set but have yet had time to get it out and play. Actually, I am patiently waiting for the matching dies to come back in stock. Every card idea I have requires the dies, I am not a good fussy cutter. ;)

    Love the JOY card too. Gonna have to pop on over to instagram to check it out. :)

    What a fabulous Fusion Challenge card, Michele - the metal accents in the leaves are super! As for the Winnie & Walter Cutaway "Joy" die cards, well, now I want that die! :-)

    You never cease to amaze me, Michele. Your take of the Fusion birds and branch is terrific. I haven't used my background stamp like that since I got it after seeing yours. :( Oh the joy in your JOY card. It is just stunning when it's backlit. No, it's stunning period!
