FEathers? for c... and Muse #131

A quicky post for Muse 131 - 'cuz I just had to play cards with Just c!!!  Here is her feathered beauty:



Without even a feather pillow in the house, I had to make do with a pretty little PTI fave:


I have Autumn in my heart at the moment, c... hope you don't mind my color-adjustment!

    Oh, pretty! Love autumn - the colours are the best! But right now, we are still in the height of humid sticky hot summer! So glad you joined us at Muse this week!

    Now to my eye it looks like fancy feathery fans!and how clever to use this,sometimes in cardmaking we have to think outside the box and this is a brilliant take on Carols card...and as for Autumn, please I'm still waiting for our Summer!xx

    Hello Michelle: Your card is beautiful, love the dimension of the snipped out leaves, just lovely with the sequences spread out like that.
    Very creative and beautiful way to substitute, I had to scramble to look for a feather stamp!! I own just ONE!!! and I quickly made my entry.

    I love that stamp, too, but don't have it. Every time I see someone use it I think "I'm going to get that!" and never do. I love the one overlaid branch. It gives the card that je ne sais quol.

    Love, love, love your take on this!!! I like that you didn't use feathers but used that fabulous stamp set and did a gradient of these instead. Totally amazing!!

    Love how you can always find something great to substitute if you don't have something used in a challenge. Those leaves are gorgeous! I'm ready for fall so the colors are especially welcome.

    Those leaves are just stunning. Michele!!!! What a lovely take on Carol's inspiration card!!!! I love the yellow dots you've added and the black frames everything perfectly!!! This is so beautiful!!!
