Muse Challenge #121

Muse
It's that time again!  I'm your Muse today!  So much fun and love to see how you are all inspired to play cards with me!  So are you ready?

Here comes lots of embossing, die cuts, and enamel dots .... wait.  Enamel dots?  I am the worst at placing any embellishment at all, but while shopping one day I just could NOT resist these giant ones in navy - could be because they look like candy ? ... just sayin'.  Anywhoo... I made it really easy on myself!

You'll see I've used my favorite inked embossing folder technique for the impression of stems/leaves of my stitched circle 'flowers.'  Even a little leftover row of die-cut hearts are tucked in for a little lift.  White heat embossed sentiment on the perfect-match navy cardstock, and I'm happy.

Do you guys know how much we all appreciate it when you play cards with us?  Sure hope so... we couldn't do it without each and every one of you fantastic crafters!!!

So we'll see you in the gallery... right?  can't wait!!

  9. So much to love about this card. Of course the candy, I mean, enamel dots. And that little row of hearts which I almost missed, your embossing and inking. Oh, I really do hope that I get time to play this week. Now that my girls are not locked up all day at school, not sure how I am going to be getting my crafty fix, but I sure will be trying.

  15. Didn't I get a sneak peek at this? There is a lot to be inspired by and I just hope I can catch up and get some crafting done. I haven't even checked out the challenges for this week. Maybe I should get farther behind in commenting and do some more crafting.

  16. I am such a naughty friend, having fallen exponentially behind in commenting, so I'm making up for it! I have my walking shoes on and I'm going for a Michele-only gallery stroll this Monday morning! Enough with the excuses! Your navy-centered flowers sporting their green leaves: brilliant! I have that embossing folder...somewhere! Love it!
    Hugs~c
