CASology Week 151: Kids

School's out for Summer!  What exactly does that mean?  Life get's more relaxed, and so does the footwear, right? 

Okay.  Not my best segue but I created a Second Helping for Curtain Call and it just reminded me that kids love to wear flip flops almost as much as I do!  So there!

    Gorgeous card, Michele! The scalloped piece is reminiscent of waves, and the embossed panel is like puddles on the shoreline :)

    Michele, your card is perfectly timed...my four kids just finished school this week, and so did I!!! (I work in a school!) School IS out for summer! If only I didn't constantly break my neck in flip flops (I lovingly refer to them as "death traps" in my house)...for some reason my kids can handle them just fine! Your card is precious...the waves, the dry embossed swirls, the adorable flip flops...I'm in love with this kid-themed summer card! Thanks for playing along at CASology this week!

    I'm not one for flip flops (or sandals...just a 'thing' I have) but the beach? Oh yes! If only we lived closer to one...Your infused-with-summer-delights card makes me smile, especially since it's raining here today!
